Job Description:
1.Assist the restaurant manager in charge of restaurant operation
2.Handle customer requirements and various opinions and suggestions, with service optimizing.
3.Carefully organize the restaurant staff training for continuous improvement.
4.Focus on staff discipline and service quality, with good awareness of staff emotion.
5.Implement the daily work plan and keep the restaurant clean and tidy.
6.Check the table decoration and positioning of the table before the meal, and check hygiene situation after the meal
7.Check the electric switch, air conditioner and sound switch of the restaurant, and guarantee safety and electricity saving.
8.Be responsible for floor tableware management, and dish feedback from customers.

Job Requirements:
1.More than 2 years working experience in high-end western restaurant. 1 year same position experience in branding restaurant is highly preferred.

2.Fluent English is a must.
